If logx=loga-2logb express log x in terms of a,b,c?

I assume you mean express x in terms of a,b,c, not logx.

logx = loga - log(b^2)

logx = log(a/b^2)

Then you can remove the log from each side (i.e. raise 10 to the power of each side). You get:

x = a/b^2

If logx=loga-2logb express log x in terms of a,b,c?
where is c??

log x = log a - log b^2

log x = log [a/b^2]

x = a/b^2
