How can I fix MS Outlook Express?

A disk cleanup program seems to have deleted C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\MSOE.dll

I downloaded a copy of the dll but it won't accept it. I really can't reinstall Outlook Express. Is there any other way to fix this problem?

How can I fix MS Outlook Express?

Reply:Well, if you go to Control Panel %26gt; Add/Remove programs %26gt; Windows components, you can first uninstall Outlook express. Then manually restart your computer. Then with the installation CD (if it asks for it) re-install outlook express. Then Manually restart your computer again. It should work.
Reply:I've had better luck running Thunderbird (Mozilla) as my pop3 client than Outlook.

This doesn't answer the question, however if you decide to ditch Outlook, I'd strongly suggest Thunderbird.

It will import your Outlook files (addresses, etc.) as well.
