How to execute C program?

A mail is coming to outlook express then it checks whether the mailid is address box or not if it is in then the mail goes to inbox otherwise it goes to junk box if suppose i want to send the mail from my junk box to inbox it asks do u want to add this to address book otherwise it doesn't go if it added then it should go to inbox. it should automatically checks the outlook express and execute automatically without any userinterface. pls write the program in C language only.

...and if there *WERE* direct support for Outlook Express, why would I choose to do your work for you? You can probably accomplish this using C and the Win32 and / or Win32s API (Application Programming Interface). That should give you a flying start, together with the tutorials available from the URL below.
Reply:I dont think there is in-built support in C Language to access MS-Outlook. It cant be done.
